Measure real-time cAMP signaling kinetics with this flag-tagged S15 cADDis cAMP sensor. Add fS15-tagged cADDis to your cells and measure robust signals the next day on a fluorescence imaging system. Increasing red fluorescence indicates cAMP increase. This assay is genetically encoded and packaged in BacMam for efficient transduction in most cell types - including uniform and near 100% efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in many primary or iPSC-derived cells. The kit includes the cAMP sensor BacMam, 500mM sodium butyrate in H2O, and a positive control receptor and agonist (B2AR BacMam and 10mM isoproterenol in HCl). 10mL size is available as well. Other Montana Molecular tools including BacMam-packaged GPCRs, green fluorescent nucleus-targeted or cytosolic cAMP sensors, or green fluorescent sensors for DAG or PIP2 can easily be co-expressed with this assay.
