Antigen retrieval has been used in testing but may not be necessary. Typical working dilutions for light microscopy are 1:500 to 1:1,000 and IF of 1:50 to 1:100. For WB a dilution range of 1: 1,000 to 1: 2,000 is recommended. This antibody detects a protein at approx 23 kDa on WB of human brain tissue which is the mature form of this protein. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
