IHC, Frozen; IHC. A dilution of 1:1000 to 1:3000 is recommended for this application. For WB, a 1:500 to 1:1000 dilution is recommended. The sequence of the immunogen and the conjugate are identical to the one used by Yan et al (see the Refs) and the antiserum appears to have similar characteristics. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
