Latent membrane protein 1 acts as a CD40 functional homolog to prevent apoptosis of infected B-lymphocytes and drive their proliferation. It functions as a constitutively active tumor necrosis factor receptor that induces the activation of several signaling pathways, including those of the NF-kappa-B family. LMP1 signaling leads to up-regulation of antiapoptotic proteins and provide growth signals in latently infected cells. It interacts with host UBE2I and subsequently affects the sumoylation state of several cellular proteins. For example, LMP1 induces the sumoylation of host IRF7 thereby limiting its transcriptional activity and modulating the activation of innate immune responses.

保存建议
Store at 2-8°C. This antibody is suitable for use until the expiration date when stored at 2-8°C. Do not use product after the expiration date printed on vial. If reagents are stored under conditions other than those specified here, they must be verified by the user. Diluted reagents should be used promptly. Unused portions of antibody preparation should be discarded after one day. The presence of precipitate or an unusual odor indicates that the antibody is deteriorating and should not be used.
