Observe SARS-CoV-2 live virus replication with the 3CLglowLive biosensor. The sensor has near-zero background fluorescence at baseline, and produces a green fluorescent protein in the presence of viral replication as measured through 3CL protease activity. This assay is ideal for researchers who need an obvious yes/no readout of viral replication.The assay is packaged in BacMam for expression in mammalian cells. BacMam provides even, near 100% transduction efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in many other cells including A549s and HUVECs.
