Phosphorylation plays a critical role in the regulation of many cellular functions. Common phosphorylation detection methods include expensive and often unavailable phospho-antibodies or unsafe radioactive ATP labeling. We offer pIMAGO – a novel, non-antibody, highly effective and safe product for unbiased universal detection of any phosphoprotein. Unlike antibodies, pIMAGO is capable of selective binding to a phosphorylated residue independent of amino acid sequence. This pIMAGO kit enables detection and quantitation of phosphorylated proteins immobilized on a microplate using streptavidin-linked fluorophore at 800 nm absorbance for detection. The kits include pIMAGO-biotin reagent, streptavidin-linked Fluor 800 detection reagent, blocking buffer, pIMAGO buffer, high-binding 96-well adsorption plates and a control phosphoprotein.
