WB; IHC, Frozen; ELISA; Neut, Neutralizing IHC, ELISA, WB, inhibition of biological activity. A concentration of 1-10 µg/mL is recommended for IHC, ELISA, WB and inhibition of biological activity in vitro; 2-10 µg/mL (ED50) for in vivo use. This antiserum will neutralise NT3 but not other neurotrophins. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
