WB; IC; Western Blotting (WB) and Immunoprecipitation (IP). A dilution of 1:500 is recommended for WB. A dilution of 30 µL of antibody in a total reaction mixture of 500 µL is recommended for IP. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
