Heat mediated antigen retrieval is required. A concentration of 1.0 µg/mL is also recommended for formalin/acetone fixed tissues. Antigen retrieval by Pepsin and Trypsin is required in acetone fixed cells. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
