GANP has a phosphorylation-dependent DNA-primase activity that is up-regulated in germinal center B regions/cells. GANP is related with MCM3， a protein essential for DNA replication. Increased expression of GANP is related with malignant transformation of melanocytes. GANP functions in the regulation of DNA repair during replication and survival of B cells.

Sterile Filtered clear solution. GANP is supplied in 50mM Tris-Acetate， pH-7.5， 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.

Store at 4℃ if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store， frozen at -20℃ for longer periods of time. Please avoid freeze thaw cycles.
