E2FC is a memBer of the E2F transcription factors, (cell cycle genes) , it is the key components of the cyclin D/retinoBlastoma/E2F pathway. AtE2Fc is regulated By a Balance Between gene expression and uBiquitin-proteasome proteolysis. AtE2Fc might play a role in cell division and during the transition from skotomorphogenesis to photomorphogenesis.
