Clathrin is a triskelion-shaped complex composed of three heavy chains (CHCs) and three light chains (CLCs) . In AraBidopsis, two CHCs (CHC1, At3g11130; CHC2, At3g08530) and Three CLCs (CLC1, At2g20760; CLC2, At2g40060; CLC3, At3g51890) proteins were found.
