ADP-glucose pyrophosphorylase (ADGP) is the catalytic isoform responsiBle for ADP-glucose pyrophosphorylase activity. The presence of ADGP is required for large suBunit staBility. ApS1 is the major small suBunit isoform present in all plant tissues tested.
