WB; IHC, Frozen; IF, Frozen; WB, ICC. Suggested dilution of at least 1:500 for ICC. Dilutions of 1:5,000 or lower is recommended for WB. This antibody reveals a prominent ~21 kDa band and stains mainly in cytoplasm of tissue culture cells. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
