This cocktail is recommended for use with plant cell extracts. Each vial of the cocktail has the six inhibitors reconstituted in 1 ml DMSO (Note: 1 ml is recommended for the inhibition of proteases present in 30 g of various plant tissues). Each vial contains 200 mM of (Cat. No. AEBSF, HCl (Cat. No. 1644), 10 mM of Bestatin (Cat. No. 1733), 3 mM of E-64 (Cat. No. 1739), 2 mM of Leupeptin hemisulfate (Cat. No. 1648), 500 mM of 1,10-Phenanthroline and 2 mM of Pepstatin A (Cat. No. 1732). Provided with a directional insert.
