HSPA6 is a distinctive member of the human Hsp70 chaperone that takes part in cellular processes such as protein trafficking， folding， and prevention of aggregation. HSPA6 is strictly stress-inducible， having little or no basal expression levels in most cells. HSPA6 and HSP72 are are involved in cell survival of proteotoxic stress.

Sterile filtered colorless solution. The HSPA6 protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl， pH-8， 100mM NaCl & 10% Glycerol.
保存建议
Store at 4℃ if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks.
Store， frozen at -20℃ for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein （0.1% HSA or BSA）.
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
