N-(Azido-PEG10)-N-(PEG10-NH-Boc)-PEG10-acid is a branched PEG linker with terminal azide, n-boc, and carboxylic acid groups. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The Boc group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions to form the free amine. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU) to form a stable amide bond. Reagent grade, for research purpose.
