韦地内酯产品是Wedelolactone is a natural coumestan that irreversibly inhibits IKK in NF-κB signaling pathway. IKK phosphorylates the IκBα protein, which results in the degradation and dissociation of IκBα from NF-κB leading to NF-κB activation. Wedelolactone has anti-inflammatory effect through inhibiting IKK activity and caspase-11 expression. It improves lipid metabolism partly by AMPK activation and up-regulation of expression of PPARα/Lipopoptein Lipase and Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor.
