Rabbit anti-human IgM (u chain) is a secondary antibody conjugated to FITC, which binds to human IgM in immunological assays. Antibody is affinity purified using solid phase human IgG (H&L). Fluorescein-5-isothiocyanate (FITC) has Amax = 494 nm; Emax = 518 nm.
