Peptidylprolyl Isomerase C （PPIC） belongs to the peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase （PPIase） family. PPIases catalyze the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides and hasten the folding of proteins. Like other PPIases， PPIC binds immunosuppressant cyclosporin A.
