背景资料: PSMD9 (Proteasome 26S Subunit, Non-ATPase 9) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with PSMD9 include Nerve Compression Syndrome and Hypertensive Retinopathy. Among its related pathways are CDK-mediated phosphorylation and removal of Cdc6 and RET signaling. PSMD9 encodes a non-ATPase subunit of the 19S regulator. Three transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been found for tPSMD9.
