Human 4-1BB Receptor （4-1BBR） is an inhibitor of 4-1BBL and can block 4-1BBL bioactivity. Human 4-1BBR is a 17.7 kDa protein containing 167 amino acid residues.

Western Blot analysis （0.5-2.0 ug/ml）. Per researcher’s feedback， it can also be used in Neutralization （2-4 ug/ml）. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
