NT-3 is a potent neurotrophic factor that supports the growth and survivability of nerve and/or glial cells. The active form of human NT-3 is a dimer，formed by two identical 119 amino acid subunits，which is held together by strong hydrophobic interactions.
应用类型
The antibody can be used in Western Blot analysis （0.5-4 ug/ml）. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Recombinant human NT-3 （Cat.# 4306-10） can be used as a positive control.
