Murine microphage inflammatory protein-2 （MIP-2） promotes neutrophil chemotaxis and degranulation. Murine MIP-2 is a 7.8 kDa protein containing 73 amino acid residues including the ‘RLR’ motif common to the CXC chemokine family that bind to CXCR1 or CXCR2.

Western blot analysis （0.5-1 ug/ml） and Neutralization （2-10 ug/ml）. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
