MIP-1B （macrophage inflammatory protein-1B） is a 69-amino acid CC chemokine with a molecular weight of 7.8 kDa. MIP-1B induces migration of monocytes/macrophages，and activates CD4+ cells，but not NK cells and eosinophils.

Western blot analysis （0.5-1 ug/ml）， immunoprecipitation （4-8 ug/ml）， and neutralization. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
