High density lipoprotein-binding protein （HDLBP） or Vigilin is a protein that plays a role in the regulation and delivery of fat to cells for energy and storage. HDLBP binds HDL molecules and may function in the elimination of excess cellular cholesterol.

Western blotting （0.5-4 ug/ml）. However， the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. The antibody recognizes ~19-36 kDa and 80-110 kDa bands of HDLBP in samples from human， mouse and rat， origins. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.
