Lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） contains two isoforms in mammals，LDH-M and LDH-H，which come together to form a homotetramer of 36 kDa subunits. LDH is often as a marker for tissue breakdown or cytotoxicity. LDH shows cytoplasm localization.
应用类型
Western blotting （1:500-2500）. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The antibody recognizes ~36 kDa LDH. HeLa cell lysate can be used as a positive control.
