Lass5 also known as longevity assurance homolog 5 is a dihydroceramide synthase. It uses palrnitoyl-CoA as acyl donor and is involved in the synthesis of C14，C16 and C18-ceramide.
应用类型
Western blotting （0.5-4 ug/ml）. Multiple isoforms of Lass5 can be determined. Other applications have not been determined.
