A potent agonist for the putative cannabinoid receptor, G protein-coupled receptor 55 (GPR55 receptor) (EC50 = 13nM). Does not activate either CB1 or CB2 receptors (EC50 >30000nM for both CB1 and CB2 receptors) and does not elicit any psychotropic activity.Formula:C17H22O2Solubility:DMSOPrimary Target:GPR55 cannabinoid receptorStorage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
