Anti-Carboxypeptidase A antibody is specific for Carboxypeptidase A enzyme. Carboxypeptidase A ia a pancreatic exopeptidase which hydrolyzes peptide bonds of C-terminal residues with aromatic or aliphatic side chains. This enzyme is also commonly called CPA1, where a related pancreatic carboxypeptidase is CPA2 . There are several related enzymes referred to as CPA 3 through CPA6.

Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
