提供的HRP标记抗小鼠二抗可与多种形式（IgG，IgM）免疫球蛋白一抗特异性结合。其中anti-IgG(H+L)是最常用、也是性价比最高的二抗形式，这类抗体和IgG分子的重链和轻链都可以反应，也可以和其他的免疫球蛋白家族（IgM，IgA，IgD，IgE）和亚家族产生一定的交叉反应，因为所有的免疫球蛋白都有相同的轻链；Anti-IgG（H+L），Fc这类抗体和IgG 重链的Fc部分反应，与F(ab’)2或Fab无交叉反应，但可能与IgM或者IgA有交叉反应；AntiIgG, F(ab’)2 fragment specific 则与anti-IgG，Fc则正好相反，Anti-IgG, F(ab’)2 fragment能够特异地与IgG轻链结合，在一些如胸腺、脾脏、血液的组织以及造血细胞、淋巴细胞、B细胞等细胞内，通常含有较多的Fc受体，这时候选择二抗时最好选择Anti-IgG, F（ab’）2 fragment这样的特异性二抗，这样就消除了由于Fc部分与IgG的非特异性结合，增加实验的特异性。同时，还可选择经血清、免疫球蛋白吸附处理的二抗，增加免疫学实验的特异性，提供实验效率。如您的检测样本是人源的蛋白，一抗是小鼠源的单克隆抗体，二抗就需要选择抗小鼠源的二抗，如果您对实验的特异性要求很高，可以选择经过人血清吸附过的抗小鼠源的二抗（货号GtxMu-003-JHRPX），这种二抗由于经过人血清吸附而排除了与人源组织（如IgG等）可能发生非特异性反应的IgG，将非特异性结合降低到最低，大大增加了实验的特异性。不仅如此，ImmuReagents的HRP标记二抗来源于多个种属，除常见的山羊来源二抗外，还提供鸡、驴来源的，几乎与其他物种来源的抗体无交叉反映，这也大大提高了免疫反应实验的特异性。
