1. 慢病毒滴度检测
腺病毒(Adenovirus)是一种没有包膜的直径为90-100 nm的颗粒,由252个壳粒呈20面体排列构成。每个壳粒的直径为7~9 nm。衣壳里是线状双链DNA分子,约含4.7kb。腺病毒最常引起呼吸道疾病,从普通感冒到肺炎、哮吼和支气管炎。根据类型,腺病毒可引起其他疾病,如胃肠炎、结膜炎、膀胱炎,以及较少见的神经系统疾病。
