丙酮酸盐检测试剂盒提供了一种简单、直接和可自动化操作的程序来测量不同生物学标本中丙酮酸的含量。适用标本类型包括:食物、细胞、培养基和发酵培养基。丙酮酸盐检测试剂盒基本原理如下:丙酮酸盐被丙酮酸酶氧化,在酶反应过程中产生颜色(λ= 570 nm)或者荧光(Ex/Em = 535/587 nm),可使用酶标仪或荧光计检测到。光的强度与丙酮酸含量是成正比的,因此通过检测光的强度即可精确的得到丙酮酸的含量。试剂盒检测范围为1-10 uM丙酮酸。
