PNA Bio-Cy3标记的带有核定位信号（NLS）的Cas9蛋白，用于对转染细胞进行分类和可视化（#CP06）。

通过共聚焦显微镜检测到的荧光

通过体外切割试验和细胞转染确认活性

提供50微克、100微克或250微克的规格

浓度为5毫克/毫升

如需要更低浓度，可提供稀释缓冲液

艾美捷PNA Bio-Cy3标记的Cas9蛋白：

左图：将不同量的Cas9蛋白与500ngsgRNA孵育。通过脂质体胺将RNP复合物转染到NIH3T3细胞中。24小时后，从每种条件下制备DNA用错配敏感核酸酶法（T7E1）检测Cas9蛋白和sgRNA的活性。

右图：对于体内成像，通过以下方法将500ng的Cas9蛋白和500ng的sgRNA转染到NIH3T3细胞lipofectamine。24小时后，通过共焦显微镜对细胞进行再成像显微镜。

Cy3-Cas9蛋白的活性通过电穿孔进入细胞，然后进行T7E1测定来确认。荧光通过共聚焦显微镜确认。
