艾美捷 HMGBiotech-P-MHMG1质粒(#HM-300):
p-mHMG1质粒包含具有自身启动子和增强子、外显子和内含子的小鼠HMGB1基因组(Falciola等人。高迁移率族1蛋白不与体细胞的染色体稳定结合。《细胞生物学杂志》1997年,137:19-26)。小鼠HMGB1与人类HMGB1相比仅包含2个保守的替代变异。
当转染到哺乳动物细胞中时,这个质粒能暂时性地将HMGB1含量提高4到7倍。
