HMGB1是在大肠杆菌中通过表达质粒产生的，该质粒编码人类蛋白（Müller等人。HMGB1与双链DNA相互作用的热力学。生物化学2001, 40: 10254-61）。

分子质量：HMGB1由215个氨基酸残基组成，计算出的分子质量约为24.8 kDa。在SDS-PAGE凝胶中，它的迁移位置大约在30 kD，可能是因为它含有不寻常数量的带正电荷的氨基酸。

纯度：纯化的蛋白>95%均一（电泳和质谱分析）。

活性：这种制剂具有较低的细胞因子活性，但作为DNA结合蛋白或抗原是完全活性的。

缓冲液：50 mM HEPES缓冲液pH 7.9，500 mM NaCl，0.5 mM DTT。

储存：我们建议将产品在-20°C下冷冻保存。
