FlyCut 系列限制性内切酶

限制性内切酶是一类能够识别双链 DNA 分子中特定核苷酸序列（4~8 bp），并在特定位置切割 DNA 双链的脱氧核糖核酸内切酶。其核心特点是能够精确切割 DNA，并形成完整的切割末端。Biogradetech推出的FlyCut?系列限制性内切酶提供了一个通用的缓冲体系，使得所有限制性内切酶都可以使用同一种缓冲液，无论是单酶切还是双酶切，都能获得更好的体验。此外，该缓冲液与下游分子实验的缓冲液兼容，实现了一管化操作。FlyCut?系列限制酶的反应时间控制在5~15 mins内，充分节约了用户的时间，同时极大降低了酶的星号活性。
