Micromod荧光二氧化硅颗粒(sicastar-F):
由正硅酸盐和相关化合物水解而成,
在二氧化硅基质中含有大量的共价结合荧光染料,在有机溶剂和缓冲液中极为稳定(共价结合的荧光染料没有毒性作用)。
有红色荧光(sicastar-redF,激发波长:569nm,发射波长:585nm)、绿色荧光(sicastar-greenF,激发波长:485nm,发射波长:510nm)和蓝色荧光(sicastar-blueF???,激发波长:354nm,发射波长:450nm)。
