NLDC-145单克隆抗体与CD205(也称为DEC-205)反应。CD205是一种c型凝集素受体,在未成熟树突状细胞和不同上皮细胞类型上高度表达。已经广泛证明,通过特异性抗体-抗原复合物将抗原靶向DEC-205,可以有效地摄取和呈递MHC I和MHC II复合物上的抗原,从而分别激活抗原特异性CD8+和CD4+T细胞。
