LDN Labor Diagnostika Nord-DHEA-S ELISA检测原理：

在未标记的抗原（存在于标准品、对照品和样品中）和无酶标记抗原（缀合物）之间发生竞争，争夺微孔板上有限数量的抗体结合位点。洗涤和倾析程序去除未结合的材料。在洗涤步骤之后，酶底物被除去。通过加入终止溶液终止酶促反应。吸光度通过微量滴定板读数器进行测量。所形成的颜色的强度与样品中DHEA-S的浓度成反比。一组标准用于绘制标准曲线，从该曲线可以直接读取DHEA-S样品和对照的量。
