局限性：

1. 试剂盒内所有试剂均校准用于人血清中C反应蛋白的直接测定。该试剂盒未校准用于唾液、血浆或其他人或动物来源样本中CRP的测定。

2. 不要使用明显溶血、明显脂血、黄疸或储存不当的血清。

3. 任何含有叠氮化物或硫柳汞的样本或对照血清与本试剂盒不兼容，因为它们可能导致假结果。

4. 仅标准品A可用于稀释高浓度血清样本。使用任何其他试剂可能导致假结果。

注：溶血是指红细胞破裂释放出血红蛋白，脂血是指血清中脂肪含量过高，黄疸是指血清中胆红素水平升高，导致血清呈现黄色。叠氮化物和硫柳汞是常见的防腐剂，但可能会干扰某些生化试验。
