应用：用于诱导小鼠的胶原诱导性关节炎（CIA）和大鼠的佐剂诱导性关节炎（AIA）。

乳化：使用电动均质器与等体积的胶原乳化。建议不要使用注射器-注射器方法制备胶原-CFA乳液以诱导关节炎，但可用于获取抗血清。
