标签抗体,别名为抗原表位,又称抗原决定簇,是抗原分子中决定抗原特异性的特殊区域或基团,是与抗体特异性结合的结构或序列。科研人员可以通过DNA分析与重组技术,构建包含目的基因以及表位标记的融合蛋白,进而通过特异性标签抗体对其鉴定与纯化,以达到研究的需求。常用的标签包括RFP、GFP、His、Flag、HA、GST等。
