一、细胞壁抗体
该抗体集合包含多种抗体,可对植物细胞壁的成分和负责细胞壁生物合成的酶进行免疫定位。
初生细胞壁主要的成分是纤维素,半纤维素和果胶。其中最常见的半纤维素是木葡聚糖。次生细胞壁含有多种其他化合物,可改变其机械性能和渗透性能。构成木材(主要是次生细胞壁)的主要聚合物包括:纤维素,35-50%;木聚糖,20-35%,一种半纤维素;木质素,10-25%,一种复杂的酚类聚合物,渗透纤维素,半纤维素和果胶成分之间的细胞壁中的空间,驱除水分并加强细胞壁。
此外,在大多数植物细胞壁中发现结构蛋白(1-5%)被分类为富含羟脯氨酸的糖蛋白(HRGP),阿拉伯半乳聚糖蛋白(AGP),富含甘氨酸的蛋白质(GRP)和富含脯氨酸的蛋白质(PRPs)。植物细胞壁还含有许多酶,例如水解酶,酯酶,过氧化物酶和转糖基酶,其作用是切割,修剪和交叉链接细胞壁聚合物。点击详情查看>

二、膜运输系统抗体
