The antibody can be used for Western blotting （0.5-4 ug/ml）， Immunoprecipitation （10-20 ug/ml）， and Immunohistochemistry （10-20 ug/ml）. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Blocking peptide for each antibody is available separately.
